We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number), content you share (URLs, mood boards, itineraries), and usage data to improve our service.

• To provide and maintain the Verso service
• To process content extraction and itinerary generation
• To send notifications about your trips and collaborations
• To improve our service through anonymized analytics

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Verso (authentication, payment processing, cloud infrastructure).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by Clerk with industry-standard security.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the app settings. After deletion, we retain your data for 30 days (grace period) before permanent removal. Anonymized activity data may be retained for analytics.
