2. Service Description

Verso is a collaborative travel planning platform that helps users save travel content, organize mood boards, generate itineraries, and manage bookings.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Verso, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as part of the service. Public mood boards and templates are visible to other users.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent rate limits
• Using the service for automated scraping or data collection
• Impersonating other users

6. Payments

Bookings processed through Verso use Razorpay as the payment gateway. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms. Refunds follow the policies of the respective booking providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verso is provided "as is". We are not liable for travel disruptions, booking issues with third-party providers, or data loss beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
